Pablo Heras-Casado makes fifth debut this season

Pablo Heras-Casado concludes his fall season by making his debut with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra on December 16.

With the CBSO, Heras-Casado will conduct Mendelssohn’s Overture to “The Hebrides” and his “Italian” Symphony, Busoni’s “Berceuse Elegaique,” and Schumann’s Piano Concerto with Jean-Efflam Bavouzet as the soloist.  Over the past few months, Heras-Casado has made his debuts with the San Francisco Symphony, The Hague Philharmonic, Seattle Symphony and the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin.
