Italian Debut Santa Cecilia

This weekend, Spanish conductor Pablo Heras-Casado makes his Italian debut, conducting the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia on November 3, 5, and 6 in Rome. For his premiere concerts with the historic ensemble, Pablo performs Beethoven’s mighty Egmont Overture and Strauss’s tone poem Ein Heldenleben. The program will also include Prokofiev’s Second Violin Concerto, featuring guest soloist Patricia Kopatchinskaja.
